Although commonly called the Kombucha Mushroom, Kombucha is not a mushroom. Kombucha is the cultured growth of beneficial bacteria and yeasts that form a mushroom shaped colony bound in cellulose matrix. Kombucha propagates or recreates another "culture" similar to itself during the fermentation process. When it ferments it produces alcohol, which is then converted into acetic acid (ie. vinegar).Vinegar has been used by humans for thousands of years. The Assyrians, Greeks and Romans thought it an important medicine in its own right.
Kombucha is used to support the healing of a wide variety of diseases and is used in many countries throughout the world. It is said that in Manchuria, the home of Kombucha, not one case of cancer has been detected where the people religiously drink the Kombucha tea. Da ne bude da sabotiram temu, ja sam pio tu tekucinu i zaista je prijatnog ukusa, nesto poput fermentiranog piva, tj malo ostarelog. E, sad, kolko pomaze pojma nemam. Ne verujem da odmaze, svakako.
Inace, sad je u opticaju neka tibetanska gljiva, cisti krv etc. Alternativa se stuje, sad, prilicno, a nevezano za sarlatanstvo 90-ih, mada ne verujem da ikad mozes znati sta je sa Tibeta.

trebalo je. ne da bi te procistila nego samo tako...majku mu. prvi put chujem da kombuha nije gljiva. imadoh je jednom, stojala u nekoj ogromnoj tegli i predstavljala mi je i onda i sada personifikaciju alien vrste. nisam nikad imala stomak da je probam.

hehehe...nisam mislila samo na to, ali nema veze...ma prochisti mene i kilo treshanja samo tako. a i lepshe izgledaju.

ali sam je i sam uzgajao neko vreme.
nacin pripreme je manje vise isti.
zeleni caj + secer + kultura kombuhe
uspeo sam je zapatiti tako sto sam izrucio flasu kupovne u zasladjeni caj
i vec sam za desetak dana imao potpuno formiranu kulturu.
zanimljivo da preporucene dnevne kolicine variraju od izvora do izvora.
od max 0.5 l do litre min.!
navodno je staljin angazovao akademiju nauka sssr i onkoloski institut da ispitaju ovu kulturu jer je u industrijski zagadjenim oblastima gde je stanovnistvo konzumiralo kombuhu primeceno gotovo potpuno odsustvo karcinoma(inace solzenjicin i ronald regan su je takodje koristili u lecenju od raka)
ustanovljano je da :
povecava energiju, imunitet, regenerise bubrege i jetru, regulise pritisak secer i holesterol, suzbija upale...
koga vise zanima a slabo divani stranjske jezike, moz da ode
ovde.

majku mu. prvi put chujem da kombuha nije gljiva. imadoh je jednom, stojala u nekoj ogromnoj tegli i predstavljala mi je i onda i sada personifikaciju alien vrste. nisam nikad imala stomak da je probam.

uh, sad sam se zainteresovala. nisam znala da ima da se kupi u prodavnicama zdrave hrane.
i shta onda?
u kojoj formi je kad se kupi? prah ili shta?
ne znam kako je u drugim mestima ali ovde u ns moze da se nadje u gotovo svakoj prodavnici zdrave hrane, i to u flasama od pola litre i litre(~100 dindzi).
moze da se pije odmah takva kakva je ali ja vise volim da je pijem razblazenu s vodom.
stvar ukusa.
inace prozvodjac je macrobiotic iz beograda.
(ovo isticem zato sto su njihovi makrobioticki proizvodi najkvalitetniji).
ah da!
zaboravih jos da pomenem da je kombuha navodno omiljeno pice sher i madone!
e pa zene,
ako ste se dosad dvoumile...

sutra ima da kupim 3 galona. i ja sam iz NS, ima ovde tona tih prodavnica zdrave hrane (oni posni kexici sa cimetom su zakon!) pa cu da obidjem.
a shta se stavlja u taj rastvor, za rast? shecer?
