Ne vidim nista strasno u tome sto neko koristi Tatlinov projekat - autorsko licno "vjeruju" o nekom, izmastanom, "boljem svetu" / hommage totalitarizmu - da bi ironijom ili sarkazmom ismejao neki drugi slican pokusaj. Mislim, ovdasnje sve "vertikale duhovnosti, spajanje zemlje i nebesa" i ostalo srBsko trc-prc.
Btw. Tatlinov projekat je bio samo maketa - u ono vreme nisu postojale tehnoloske mogucnosti da se izgradi zdanje visoko vise stotina metara od celika i stakla, pri cemu bi se neki njegovi delovi jos i obrtali.
Btw. Tatlinova kula nesumnjivo pripada vrhunskoj umetnosti XX veka.
Za ovu betonsku tortu - nisam siguran. Cist utilitarizam.
