The new Gas4Sea partnership has taken delivery of the world’s first purpose-built LNG bunkering vessel from Hanjin Heavy Industries and Construction in South Korea.
 
Gas4Sea is made of French energy and utility company, ENGIE and Jopan’s Mitsubishi Corporation and NYK Line.
 
The dual-fueled Engie Zeebrugge will be hompeported at the port of Zeebrugge in Belgium. From there, the 5,000 m3 LNG capacity LNG Bunkering Vessel (LBV) will supply LNG bunker fuel to ships operating in Northern Europe. The two LNG-fueled pure car and truck carriers (PCTC) operated by United European Car Carriers will be its first customers.
 
She will run on LNG for her maiden voyage from South Korea after a few days of loading LNG delivered by trucks at HHIC’s Yeongdo shipyard, where the vessel was constructed.

The ENGIE Zeebrugge will load LNG fuel at Fluxys’ LNG terminal in Zeebrugge, where small carriers with capacities from 2 000 m3 can dock at the recently commissioned second jetty.
 
Last September, ENGIE, Mitsubishi Corporation and NYK launched “Gas4Sea”, a brand name to market ship-to-ship LNG bunkering services worldwide, first via the ENGIE Zeebrugge in Northern Europe. The brand signed its first customer, French container shipping group CMA CGM, in October. 
 
The delivery of the Engie Zeebrugge comes amid more stringent emission regulations for ships. As from January 2015, regulatory emission limits for SOx have been reduced by the International Maritime Organisation (IMO) from 1.0% to 0.1% in so-called Emission Control Areas (ECAs, which include the North Sea, the Baltic Sea area and areas around North America). More recently, according to a decision by IMO, emission limits for SOx will be reduced outside the ECAs from the current 3.5% to 0.5% as of January 2020.
 
The operation of LNG-fueled ships can result in a reduction of nearly all emissions of SOx and particulate matter (PM), compared to ships powered with conventional fuels. LNG use can also reduce CO2 emissions by up to 25% and NOx emissions by more than 80% compared to gasoil.
 
A main challenge in the widespread adoption of LNG bunker fuel is developing the supply infrastructure to support the increasing number of LNG-fueled ships that are expected to come into operation. So far LNG-fueled ships have been largely dependent on fixed bunker locations or the limited bunkering capacity of Truck-to-Ship LNG trailers.

Ne ne prijatelju, kineska je divizija putničkih automobila, Baumaschinen su u vlasništvu starih akcionara, raznih fondova, nešto free float.

 

A osim toga, Imam još dva Vögele i jednog Wirtgena.  <_< 

 

A to sam treća oblast po veličini od četiri. :D

 

Kako to lezi u krivinama? :D

Ovo moze da bude problem ne samo firmi za koju radim vec i za sve ostale shipping lines koje koriste Fesco za transhipment u Rusiju.

Moj poslednji utisak s posla je ispracaj u (konacnu i definitivnu) penziju koleginice koja je nedavno napunila 72. Poslednjih sedam godina je radila honorarno, a mogla je i jos onako sveza i poletna, ali je ipak odlucila da stavi tacku. Druga sedamdesetogodisnjakinja koju imamo jos ne razmislja o tome :) .

No naravno da to zavisi i od posla; ne moze se bas svaki raditi u tim godinama.

@Vili, kako se firme u S odnose prema ljudima koji su u penziji, a zele da nastave barem part time? U NL je moguce, ali zavisi naravno od posla i same firme. Koliko sam razumio ovdje bas i nisu nesto sretni sa tim zbog zdravstvenog osiguranja i poreza. Ne znam sad tacno u detalje.

@Vili, kako se firme u S odnose prema ljudima koji su u penziji, a zele da nastave barem part time? U NL je moguce, ali zavisi naravno od posla i same firme. Koliko sam razumio ovdje bas i nisu nesto sretni sa tim zbog zdravstvenog osiguranja i poreza. Ne znam sad tacno u detalje.

 

Ovde je to prilicno isplativo za sve strane i ne bih rekla da bilo ko ima nesto protiv, tim pre sto je malo penzionera koji uopste rade, a posebno onih koji rade u vecem obimu. Uglavnom uskacu po potrebi i svima dobro.

Drzava nema velike stete, jer je porez na zarade penzionera svega nekoliko procenata nizi nego za ostale. Kao sto rekoh, oni uskacu po potrebi tako da nikome ne oduzimaju posao, pa je i s te strane u redu.

Poslodavcima je super, jer je penzioner mnogo jeftiniji (manji doprinosi, jer je penzija vec zaradjena i utvrdjena). Da ne pominjem kako je dobro kad imas coveka s iskustvom, raspolozenom da dodje kad ti treba, a ne moras svaki put da ucis nekog novog.

Logicno. Sjecam se prije nekoliko godina kad je jedan kod mene isao u penziju. 65 godina, a covjek bas vitak i duhom mlad. Hoce da ostane barem part time samo da radi jer voli svoj posao. I nema sanse. Firma nece. Razlozi su bili osiguranje, porez i sta znam sta sve nesto. Steta.

Logicno. Sjecam se prije nekoliko godina kad je jedan kod mene isao u penziju. 65 godina, a covjek bas vitak i duhom mlad. Hoce da ostane barem part time samo da radi jer voli svoj posao. I nema sanse. Firma nece. Razlozi su bili osiguranje, porez i sta znam sta sve nesto. Steta.

 

Po zakonu imas prava da radis do 67. Posle toga teoretski moze pod nekim uslovima i to zavisi i od vrste posla i od poslodavca. Nije to bas tako jednostavno. Bio jedan dobrodrzeci TV voditelj koji je morao da prestane sa 67 ali je registrovao svoju firmu i prodavao poslodavcu svoje usluge (radio neke TV produkcije). Uostalom, sve je vise samozaposlenih i peMzijske stvari se menjaju, ljudi  sve duze zive i rade na nove nacine. Klasicna zaposlenja i "sigurnost" od garantovanih 8 sati cemo relativno brzo morati da zaboravimo. Sve veca segregacija izmedju zaposlenih kod drzave i kod privatnika.

Svako ima pravo da radi posle navrsenih 67 godina zivota, ako se o tome dogovori s poslodavcem. Medjutim, poslodavac nema obavezu da stalno zaposlenog zadrzi nakon toga, sto je i logicno. Zato je i pomenuti voditelj morao da zavrsi karijeru jer ga firma vise nije htela i nije imala obavezu da ga zadrzi.

Nema tu nista toliko komplikovano. Ljudi zavrse stalni posao i onda nastavljaju da rade po pozivu, dok su poslodavcu potrebni i dok njima samima odgovara. Ili s nekom drugom firmom sklope ugovor o povremenim i privremenim poslovima. Ne moraju da zbog toga otvaraju sopstvene firme.
