Izrazio bih podrsku kolegi Dogmatixu.

 

To bi stvarno bilo upropastavanje dobrog vina - da se radi o vrhunskom vinu. No kad se radi o obicnom osvjezenju a ne uzivanju u finom picu, ne vidim nista lose u onome sto je ucinio. Uostalom, nasi Dalmatinci sasvim fino popiju bevandu u hladu (jos gore, na suncu) nakon napornog rada.

Bolje je to od nekog komercijanog soda-voda buckurisa sa okusom kemije.

I ja, kad kosim travu, ponekad u pauzi popijem gemist. Pa i sa kockom-dvije leda. Iz razloga:

1. bilo bi upropastavanje dobrog vina da dobru butelju "spizdim" na obicno osvjezenje uz kosilicu i dvoriste

2. bilo bi glupo piti cisto vino (zbog previse alkohola) tokom rada oko kuce

3. jos uvijek, vise godi nego neka gazirana Pepsi ili slicno

Moramo vas malo podjebavat decki, ne? Za brzo osvezenje najbolji je slab lager u pleKu, desítka sto se kaze ovde kod nas, 10% extrakta, do 4% alkohola. Konzerva u zamrzivac na 5 minuta, taman dok se prezujes u papuce, odes da soras i operes ruke. A ono 'ladno vec ceka.

Danas je situacija drugacija, nije vise od 26C i da sam u istoj situaciji, vjerovatno ne bih dodao led ali nuzda zakon mijenja. Jel' tako, tako je.

Maycas Reserva Sumaq Chardonnay 2014.

 

Cijena prava sitnica, 99 CZK (3,75 EUR) u nekoj radnji što prodaje stvari za baštu, imam tamo club kartu. Inače košta oko 13-15 ojrića. Kupio dva kartona... :whistle:

Jedno je 2010, drugo 2013 godiste, sa 13% i 12,5% alkohola. Nisam jos probao, trebala bi biti OK.

I Leccioni Chianti DOCG is a rounded, velvet-smooth wine. It is immediately recognisable for its aromas of sweet violets and red berry fruit, medium body and fine balance, judicious acidity, and measured tannins.
 
VINTAGE REPORT
The climate in 2013 was favourable. Spring arrived in April, after average temperatures and abundant rainfall in March. Rising temperatures led to an anticipated bud break. In May the recorded rainfall was above average and this allowed us excellent water reserves for the summer season. In June, the vines consumed more water to tackle the high winds and the onset of flowering, which occurred during the first two weeks of June. The temperatures during July and August were very similar and stable, with peaks of heat in the last week of July and the first week of August. The rains during these two months kept the vines from suffering water stress since the water reserves in the soil never dropped below the wilting point. The month of September was characterized by an alternation of favourable temperatures between day and night that led to the concentration of aromas and maintenance of good overall acidity. The growing season of 2013 was marked by a series of rainfall events and constant cool temperatures, which helped development at our vineyards albeit delaying vegetative phenological phases by about 10 days. Despite that, the particularly favourable climate in September led to a consistent maturation that gave us healthy, exceptional grapes for vinification. ... <<

Vidim uvozi se u Skandinaviju - ima je i na onom 'drzavnom monopolskom sajtu'.

Bilo bi lepo, kad neko okaci neko vino, da ponudi minumum informacija o njemu - da vidimo sta pije.

Slažem se, Kiniče, ali ja baš nisam neki stručnjak za vina da bih mogao o njima naširoko da pričam, a i nisam od onih koji će uvek kopirati tekst o nečemu što se može samo čulima doživeti. U svakom slučaju, na ovoj temi preporučujem vina za izvrsnom voćnom aromom, često suva, koja odlično "pašu" uz neko meso.

Kiniče, u pravu si, no ja ću morati da prepisujem tudje recenzije...

Nose: blackberry, prune, black currant jam, coffee, licorice
Taste: medium to full bodied, medium acidity, medium tannins, thick, fresh, ripe wine, blackberry, black cherry, plum, smoke, dark chocolate, good length finish.

Piccini Chianti Classico Riserva 2009 i lagana večerica.

Black cherry and iris, with touches of powder puff, saline nuance. Round entry, firm middle and long concentrated fruit finish, with lovely Sangiovese tang.
