Ja sam stabilan na 235lb. Samo da se zna koj je cvrst karakter.

Cim stignme idem na skiju, pa cu da vi pricam, Koliko brzo 100kg ide niz brdo. :P

Eto danas morao da uzmem nove farmeNke. Levis 40/32. Proletos sam kupio 36/32. Rastem kao u puibertetu.

Moze ovo, ali uz male korekcije oko kalorija.

Juce na pregledu kod doktorice, pritisak 160/100, kaze deder stani na vagu. Stanem, pokaze 99kg. "Imam ove teske cizme", velim. Nema veze, kaze ona, moras skinuti 15 kila ili... 

 

Danas sam vadio nalaze, 3 ampulice krvi, pa ce sve da istestiraju, a kad dodju rezultati i ako nema nista 'life threatening', onda idem na 'couch to 5K' trening. Vec sam poceo pomalo, skoro stidljivo, da vodim racuna o ishrani, i.e. ne jedem cijelog konja za veceru, nego malo grilovanog povrca, jogurt i slicne stvari.

 

A taman usavrsio recept za taze leba. :(

Pred neki dan, na redovnom pregledu (svakih 45 dana) u lokalnoj bolnici (St Pieters, inače idem u sveučilišnu kliniku Leuven), tlak mi je bio 140/70  - skoro pa idealan.

Još uvijek imam pilotsku licencu za letenje dvomotorcima.

 

Ne mogu, prestar san za letjeljem F-F-16.

Kako sam ja u sali rekao apotekarki: 'doktorka, dajte nesto protiv zujanja u usima, pa da nastavim da pijem pivo!'

Odlucio sam da pocnem tako sto cu prestati da doruckujem. caj i soljica kafe ce mi biti dosta do rucka. Za rucak cu planirati nesto oko 50% proteina, 20% carbs i ostalo zelenis, slicno i za veceru.

Nece me kostati nista da probam jedno mjesec dana. I ranije sam preskakao dorucak, ustvari godinama nisam doruckovao i nikad nisam imao problema sa tezinom.
