Red troskova je oko $3K za sve takse, plus advokat. Cena advokata se razlikuje izmedju Njujorka i Feniksa, tj. zavisi koga tvoj poslodavac angazuje (cuh da je u rangu 12-15 sveukupno). BTW - BENEFICIARY (u ovom slucaju zaposleni) potpisuje izjavu (affidavit) ukoliko DOL odluci da radi audit (a sada rade oko 30% prijava) da niti NIKAKO nije platio poslodavcu za podnosenje peticije - ni placanjem, ni besplatnim radom, niti pristankom na rad za manju platu. Evo sta je pisalo u mom:

hehe, moj iz phoenixa je angazovao advokata iz new yorka - mozda ovde ima jeftinije ali firma nije znala nikoga.
ja nisam nista slicno potpisivala - nisam cak ni trazila od firme GC, to je bio deo ponude koju je firma dala na samom pocetku. cak osecam I blagu nelagodu zbog svih troskova I angazovanja jer iskreno ne znam da li cu taj document uopste koristiti. ali s obzirom da je cela ponuda dosla potpuno spontano s njihove strane, tj. nisam ja trazila posao kod njih vec oni ponudili meni, racunam da je ok.
nase iskustvo sa H4 statusom - advokat je objasnio da spouse mora samostalno da trazi svoj radni status, odnosno neku od viza koje omogucavaju rad. pozitivno je to sto je na licu mesta mnogo lakse traziti (I naci) nego izdaleka, naravno garancije ne postoje.
I slazem se sa angeliom da ce se znati u roku od 1-2 godine hoce li poslodavac da se angazuje oko GC ili ne.
tacno je I da firma moze da otpusti, bude zatvorena... zato je uvek dobro da dvoje rade.
ideja sa kanadom je po mom misljenju uvek odlicna
