Azarenka has won 3 of the 4 WTA Platinum events (IW, Miami, Madrid, Beijing).

Made the final in Madrid twice, lost both in straights.

To draw a parallel with ATP terms, this would be Azarenka's 9th Masters 1000 equivalent title (she has 6 Platinums, 3 Golds).

 

Azarenka now up to No. 5 in the WTA rankings, but No. 1 in the WTA race, with 3 of the 9 biggest events already in the books.

 

With Sharapova likely out for a while, Azarenka's return to the elite is most welcome for the WTA.

Both tours benefit when their best players do well in the big events. Here's hoping Azarenka stays up there for a long time.

 

Azarenka career success rate (WTA-level) across surfaces:

Hard: 476-87 (85%)

Clay: 81-37 (69%)

Grass: 38-15 (72%)

I prva je u trci. Samo da ostane zdrava, to je najvažnije. Divno je gledati je kad igra kako ume, a audio strana se već istrpi nekako
