Bojim se da su sve karte polozili na onaj sistem koji je zabranjen. Ovo je gotovo proslogodisnji bolid sa nosem po novim pravilima. Stesan pozadi i na bokovima.

Gornja strana nosa mi se čini kao mešavina Red Bulla i Virgina iz2011. Od dole je zaobljen kao prošlogodišnji R31

Naziv bolida potiče od 20 godina fabrike u Enstonu. Drago mi je da se nisu proseravali sa nekom tradicijom Lotusa.

Target za ovu sezonu je četvrto mesto na kraju šampionata.

Konacno moj omiljeni tim. Ocekivao sam mnogo vise inovacija na bolidu. Slazem se sa Downforceom ovo je samo prilagodjavanje proslogodisnjeg bolida novim pravillima. Stvarno mi je zao sto i sa Kimijem pucaju samo na 4. mjesto.

The Lotus is probably the nicest-looking ugly duckling so far. Although it still has the lumps on either side of the top of the chassis, at least the top surface slopes down gradually. At the back of the car, the exhaust pipes look like a bit of an after-thought - they just pop out of the engine cover. Although they are pointing at the side of the endplates underneath the rear wing, they are a long way back so their effect will be limited. I wouldn't be surprised to see a change there even before the car runs. One potential area of difficulty is under the driver's legs - there is a very long splitter in the gap between the underside of the chassis down to what is known as the 'tea tray' - where the floor runs forward. This splitter will separate the airflow to the two sides of the car well, but this sort of design can be problematic when the car is going around corners. That's because the car then is sliding at an angle compared to the airflow, and you can get separation of the airflow, which affects the aerodynamics negatively."

Večeras se razočarah u dve stvari, novi film Šotre i ovaj "Lotus". Dao Bog da grešim, ali mršavo...

Ocekivao sam da ce zadnji dio da izgleda kao Reno 2009 koji je Alpiner pomenuo na temi ferrari 2012, ali potpuno drugacije izlgeda. Najvise lici na Red Bull

Sponzorski paket Unilevera(Rexona i Clear) je između 10 i 12 miliona dolara.

Lotus godišnje daje 30. 17 kao sponzor i 13 za naziv ekipe.

Na prvi pogled dosta stvari izgleda kao na R31, ali izgleda da je Allison uveren da su ta rešenja dobra. Ne treba zaboraviti da su prošle godine na prve dve trke osvojili podijum. Koncept prednjeg izduva je jednostavno uslovio tim inženjera da ne mogu da nastave sa razvojem pa otuda i taj pad u performansama tokom sezone.

Mislim da je četvrto mesto za jednu privatnu ekipu sasvim zadovoljavajuće.
