I wanted to post here as soon as I heard of your tragedy, but, as you know, this site was down for a few days.

I sincerely extend my condolences to the family of Prime Minister Djindjic and to the entirety of your nation.

Please keep moving forward, my friends, with your great values and ideals.

Remember...

You are number one...the champions!

All the very best,

Ed

Requiem for the Fallen Democrat

The Dearest Friend,
It was never clear to me why should the Values be understood only when they're gone?
You're gone now, dear Zoran.
This shocking knowledge has found me standing on the duty, in some distant place. This sole duty provided me with necessities, things important to organise my freedom. One day, I hoped, I shall be able to invest everything that I've earned into a free, progressive society that You, Zoran, have just been about to create.
That afternoon I was astonished to understand that all my hopes have just been assassinated.
It took me by the grave surprise to discover how attached to You, how close {faraway ~ so close} to You did I feel.
What I can do, the single thing that I am able to give to You, my dearest friend, is a promise. I promise You that I shall never lose energy, I shall never fall down or disappoint, while the freedom to our country wouldn't be fought back.

Now May The Peace Cover You,
The Dearest Zoran.

Very pretty...very moving words.

The great disappointments and setbacks in my personal life have fueled my successes.
Your gift to Zoran may be your fuel to realize your hopes and dreams.

Never quit. Keep moving forward.
