Interesting tidbit: hearing WTA tournament in Strasbourg, which is FFT owned, had offered Maria Sharapova a wild card, with FFT's blessing.

In addition to FFT-owned Strasbourg, the WTA event in Nuremberg has also offered Maria Sharapova a wild card for next week. RG the outlier.
