isto sranje ko i ostale "dijete"

nepravilno se hranis da bi otklonio probleme koji su nastali nepravilnom ishranom...

najbolja dijeta je bajs ili trcanje... ili oboje :) i jos malo aerobika. a i plivanje nije lose. dodas ponekad i teretanu (al ne da se pumpas)... 0:)

Ja sam od juce na Etkins dijeti. :)
Nikad nisam pokusavala sa nekim strogim dijetama,ali za dva meseca (decembar 2005.+januar 2006.) dobila sam 6kg.

Pre 2 nedelje pocela sam sa onom "UN dijetom"- jedan dan proteini,pa drugi dan skrob, treci ugljeni hidrati, cetvrti samo voce. Dijeta traje 90 dana i navodno daje dobre rezultate. Ja za 2 nedelje nisam smrsala ni 1 gram, a moj dragi,koji se morao solidarisati i biti na istoj dijeti, smrsao je 2kg. :( Jeli smo potpuno identicne obroke,samo su njegove porcije bile za nekih 30% obilnije.

Od fiz.aktivnosti: on 3 puta nedeljno u teretani vezba iskljucivo na spravama (znaci samo tegovi,za masu), a ja minimum 1h brze setnje na traci ili oko 35-40min. bicikla!
I on smrsa 2kg,a ja nista! 0:)

Zato sam odlucila da probam tu Atkinsovu dijetu,ali necu duze od 10-15 dana jer znam da moze imati posledice po zdravlje ako se dugo primenjuje takav nacin ishrane. Znam devojku koja je drzala 2 meseca tu dijetu i ozbiljno je narusila zdravlje. S druge strane, moja sestra je tako za manje od 3 nedelje smrsala 8kg, bez ikakvih posledica,a ni kg joj se nisu vratili jer se posle izrazito zdravo hranila- bez slatkisa, hleba, grickalica i uz puno fizicke aktivnosti (svaki dan ona vezba ili pliva ili dzogira.... :wub: )
Hocu i ja tako.... :huh:

'Atkins a victim of his own diet'

America's most famous diet guru, Dr Robert Atkins, who died recently aged 72 due to a head injury sustained from a fall while walking, was a victim of his own advice, according to doctors.

The 'Atkins Diet' assured Americans that what they like to do is best for their health, namely, limit the intake of carbohydrates and eat more meat and cheese.

The medical examiner's report showed that Dr Atkins hid a history of heart attack, congestive heart problems and hypertension and weighed 258 pounds at his death, The Wall Street Journal reported on Tuesday.

The Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine, a group that advocates a vegetarian diet and has long been critical of the Atkins approach, sent the report to The Journal.

Dr Atkins's supporters still claim that his diet had nothing to do with his overweight condition or his medical problems.

Dijeta UN je poznata po tome da stoji kilaza po par dana ,pa cak i par nedelja a onda se smanji naglo po par kilograma.
I isto tako treba da se pridrzava svih pravila, u smislu da se jede po obrocima,u odredejno vreme svakog dana itd...
Inace kazu za nju da je vise rezim ishrane nego dijeta.
Mozda da si jos malo ustrajala bi bilo rezultata
ali sve jedno ,bilo sta da je u piatnju ,srecno!

Sve Atkins, UN, SN, blablab dijete su bullshit. Jedes sta ti se jede ili sta volis, umereno.
Ako si na makrobiotici, cool. Ako jedes dosta zitarica, povrca i voca, zrnevlja, uz ribu kao ja - i to je u redu. Ako ti se jede pizza ili palacinke, i to je super (juce uzivala u istim).

Da citiram mog omiljenog čoveka, kada sam pre 2, 3 meseca bez ikakve grize savesti konzumirala najbolji burek sa sirom:

'Burek je eliksir mladosti, stimulator dobrog raspolozenja i antioksidant.'
